Property owners, managers, reservation teams, sales and marketing teams, management companies, and authorized representatives may submit a new property for review.
If approved, the property listing may include:
- Property description
- Room, villa, suite, or cabin types
- Facilities and amenities
- Official photos and gallery
- Location and island information
- Transfer information
- Meal plans
- Rate references
- Booking inquiry contact information
- Policies and important guest information
- Dining, activities, and experiences
All new property submissions are reviewed by the 960Maldives.com team before publication to maintain the accuracy, quality, and consistency of the platform.
Submitting a property does not guarantee publication or immediate approval.
List a New Property
Select “List a New Property” when the property does not currently have a page on 960Maldives.com.
Please complete the relevant sections of the form and provide as much accurate information as possible.
You may be asked to provide:
- Property name and property type
- Official website and social media accounts
- Authorized contact information
- Reservation or booking inquiry email
- Property description and general information
- Location and transfer details
- Policies and meal plans
- Official photographs and media
- Facilities and amenities
- Dining venues and experiences\
- Room, villa, suite, or cabin information
- Rates and validity periods
- Proof that you are authorized to represent the property
Our team may contact you for clarification, verification, supporting documents, or additional information before the property is approved.
Already Listed on 960Maldives.com?
Some property pages may have been prepared as preliminary listings using publicly available factual information, official property sources, public tourism information, online travel sources, and editorial research.
If your property already has a page on 960Maldives.com, do not submit it as a new property.
Select “Claim an Existing Property” so we can verify your relationship with the property and connect the listing to an approved representative.
960Maldives.com does not claim ownership of property brands, logos, trademarks, official photographs, copyrighted descriptions, or other third-party materials. Such materials remain the property of their respective owners or rights holders.
Claim an Existing Property
Select “Claim an Existing Property” when the property already has a page on 960Maldives.com and you are authorized to represent it.
A property claim may be submitted by:
- Property owners
- General managers
- Authorized property managers
- Reservation representatives
- Sales and marketing representatives
- Management companies
- Official brand representatives
- Other authorized property representatives
To submit a claim:
- Select “Claim an Existing Property.”
- Find and select the existing property page.
- Enter the required property and authorized contact information.
- Click “Next” through Steps 3–10 if no additional information is required at this stage.
- At Step 11, confirm your authorization and upload supporting proof.
- Submit the claim for verification.
Claiming a property does not automatically change its published information or give direct publishing access.
Verification and Proof of Authority
To protect properties from unauthorized claims or changes, we may verify your identity, position, relationship to the property, and authority to act on its behalf.
We may request:
- Communication from an official property email address
- A link to the property’s official website
- Staff identification or a business card
- An authorization letter
- Confirmation from the property owner or management company
- Management or representation documents
- Other information reasonably required to verify the request
Please avoid uploading passports, payment-card details, bank information, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information.
After Your Listing or Claim Is Approved
After a new property listing or existing-property claim has been reviewed and approved, we may connect the property to an approved member account.
The verified property representative may then submit:
- Corrections to inaccurate information
- Updates to outdated information
- Official replacement photographs
- Replacement descriptions or promotional materials
- Updated room, villa, suite, or cabin details
- Updated facilities and amenities
- New or revised rates
- Updated meal-plan information
- Updated transfer information
- Updated policies
- Booking inquiry email changes
- Official brochures, menus, fact sheets, or documents
- Requests to replace or remove specific property content
These later changes should not be submitted as a new property listing or a new property claim.
Correction Requests
Correction requests are available after the property has been listed or claimed and its authorized representative has been verified.
A correction request may include:
- Incorrect property name or property type
- Incorrect island, atoll, location, or address
- Incorrect website or social media links
- Outdated contact information
- Incorrect room, villa, suite, or cabin details
- Incorrect facilities or amenities
- Incorrect meal-plan information
- Incorrect transfer information
- Incorrect rates or validity periods
- Misspelled, outdated, incomplete, or misleading information
Corrections submitted through the member area will remain pending until reviewed by the 960Maldives.com team.
Content Replacement Requests
Verified property representatives may request replacement of existing content after their property listing or claim has been approved.
Replacement content may include:
- Official property photographs
- Updated room or villa photographs
- Property descriptions
- Logos and brand materials
- Brochures and fact sheets
- Rate sheets
- Menus
- Videos
- Maps and floor plans
- Policies and guest information
Please identify the content that should be replaced and provide the official replacement materials.
Submitted materials may be resized, cropped, formatted, shortened, rewritten, or adjusted to match the editorial and presentation standards of 960Maldives.com.
Copyright Content Requests
A copyright owner or authorized rights holder may contact us when specific photographs, written descriptions, videos, illustrations, documents, or other protected materials displayed on 960Maldives.com require review.
A copyright holder does not need to claim the complete property listing before reporting specific copyrighted content.

- Your relationship to the copyrighted material
- URL of the relevant page on 960Maldives.com
- Clear identification of the disputed content
- Source or location of the original material

You may request that the specific material be reviewed, removed, replaced, corrected, or appropriately credited.
A copyright content request concerns specific material and does not automatically request removal of the entire property listing.
Property Owner Member Area
Verified property representatives may receive access to a property owner member area.
The member area may allow authorized users to:
- View their assigned property
- Review information displayed on 960Maldives.com
- Submit corrections
- Submit property information updates
- Submit updated room, villa, suite, or cabin information
- Submit rates and rate sheets
- Submit official photographs and documents
- Request replacement of specific content
- Manage approved booking inquiry information
Users can only access properties that have been assigned to their accounts.
No Automatic Publishing
960Maldives.com is not an open public directory where submitted information is published automatically.
New property listings, property claims, corrections, content replacements, rate submissions, and member-area updates are reviewed by our team before the live property page is changed.
Our team may:
- Verify the person submitting the request
- Compare the submission with the existing property information
- Contact the property or management company
- Request supporting documents
- Edit or format submitted information
- Approve part of a submission
- Reject unsupported information
- Request clarification
- Decide how approved information is presented
This process helps protect travelers, properties, content owners, and the quality of the platform.
Editorial Review Policy
960Maldives.com maintains editorial control over property information published on the platform.
Submitted information may be reviewed, verified, edited, formatted, shortened, rewritten, resized, cropped, adjusted, or rejected before publication.
Promotional, exaggerated, unclear, inconsistent, or unverifiable statements may be revised or omitted.
Submitting information does not guarantee:
- Publication
- Immediate approval
- Approval of a property claim
- Acceptance of every submitted item
- Publication in the original wording or format
- A particular position or presentation on the website
Booking Inquiries Sent Directly to Your Property
After the property and its booking contact have been verified, traveler booking inquiries may be directed to the property’s registered reservation or booking email address.
The property is responsible for:
- Responding to the traveler
- Confirming availability
- Confirming current rates
- Explaining taxes and service charges
- Confirming inclusions
- Providing booking and payment instructions
- Explaining cancellation and amendment conditions
- Managing the reservation directly
960Maldives.com does not guarantee booking confirmation, availability, final rates, response times, payment arrangements, or reservation conditions unless expressly stated in writing.
Full Property Listing Removal

We may request proof of authorization before approving a new listing, property claim, member account, booking-email connection, or later property update.
How It Works
You can submit your new property listing or existing-property claim through the online form below or contact our listing team at listings@960maldives.com.
- Confirm whether the property is new to 960Maldives.com or already has an existing page.
- Select “List a New Property” or “Claim an Existing Property.”
- Complete the required property and authorized contact information.
- Upload supporting materials or proof of authority where required.
- Submit the form for review.
- Our team reviews the submitted information and supporting documents.
- We may contact you for verification, clarification, or additional details.
- If approved, a new property page may be published or an existing property claim may be verified.
- We may connect the property to an approved member account.
- Corrections, replacement content, rates, and future property updates can then be submitted through the member area.
- All future updates remain pending until reviewed and approved by our team.
- Booking inquiries may be directed to the property’s registered email address after confirmation.

- Request type
- Property name
- Existing property page URL, if applicable
- Your full name
