You may submit a listing removal request when:
- You are the verified property owner or authorized representative and do not want the property displayed on 960Maldives.com.
- The property has permanently closed or is no longer operating as an accommodation provider.
- The listing is a duplicate of another property page.
- The property has changed ownership, management, brand, or identity and the existing listing should no longer remain published.
- The listing represents a property that does not exist or has been incorrectly identified.
- You have another valid reason for requesting removal of the entire property page.
Requests for Individual Content
You do not need to request removal of the entire property listing when only part of the information needs to be changed.
Use the List/Claim Your Property page for:
- Copyright removal requests involving specific images, text, videos, documents, or other materials
- Replacement of outdated or unauthorized photos
- Replacement of property descriptions or promotional materials
- Correction of inaccurate property information
- Correction of room, villa, cabin, amenity, rate, transfer, or meal-plan information
- Correction of contact details or booking inquiry email addresses
- Submission of official property materials
- General property update requests
Who Can Submit a Listing Removal Request?
We accept listing removal requests from:
- Property owners
- General managers
- Authorized property managers
- Management companies
- Official brand representatives
- Sales, marketing, or reservation representatives with appropriate authority
- Legal representatives authorized to act for the property
- Other individuals who can provide sufficient proof of authority
To protect properties from unauthorized requests, we may verify your identity, position, relationship to the property, and authority to request removal.

- Property name
- URL of the property page on 960Maldives.com
- Your full name
- Company or management name
- Position or relationship to the property
- Official business email address
- Phone or WhatsApp number
- Reason for requesting removal
- Confirmation that you are authorized to act for the property
- Proof of ownership, employment, management, or authorization
Providing complete and accurate information will help us review the request more efficiently.
Proof of Authority
We may request one or more of the following:
- Communication from an official property email address
- Property or management company identification
- Business card or staff identification
- Management agreement or authorization letter\
- Confirmation from the property owner or management company
- Link to the property’s official website
- Business registration or other supporting documentation
- Additional information reasonably required to verify the request
Please avoid uploading passports, payment-card information, bank details, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Review Process
After receiving your request, the 960Maldives.com team may:
- Review the submitted property and contact information.
- Verify your identity and authority to act for the property.
- Compare the request with the existing property listing.
- Contact you for clarification or additional documentation.
- Contact the property, brand, owner, or management company when verification is required.
- Approve, decline, or request further information regarding the removal request.
- Remove or disable the property listing when the request has been approved.
Submitting a request does not automatically remove the listing or confirm that the person submitting the request is authorized to act for the property.
After a Listing Is Removed
Once an approved listing has been removed:
- The property page will no longer be publicly available on 960Maldives.com.
- The property may no longer appear in the website’s property search, categories, interests, or related sections.
- Links from external websites or search engines may continue to appear temporarily until those services refresh their records.
- Limited internal records relating to the request may be retained for administration, verification, security, legal, or record-keeping purposes.
- A new listing will not automatically be created without further review.
If the property later wishes to return to 960Maldives.com, an authorized representative may submit a new listing request for review.
Important Notice
960Maldives.com reviews listing removal requests individually.
We may decline or delay requests that are incomplete, unclear, unsupported, fraudulent, abusive, or submitted by a person who cannot demonstrate sufficient authority to act for the property.
Removal of a listing from 960Maldives.com does not automatically remove information about the property from search engines, social networks, third-party websites, online travel platforms, cached pages, or other independent services.
